We offer 3 options of delivery. Please note that the delivery timings are from the day of dispatch. It usually takes 1-2 business days to ship the order.
1. Standard Postal Service
With this option orders will be delivered to the address you have provided within 15 working days from the day we sent you a dispatch email.

2. Express Mail Service, EMS Datapost.
With this option orders will be delivered to the address you have provided within 8 working days from the day we sent you a dispatch email.

3. Federal Express Service, FedEx
With this option orders will be delivered to the address you have provided within 3 working days from the day we sent you a dispatch email.
Delivery within Cyprus
Orders will be delivered within Cyprus using ACS Courier to all cities within 3 working days from the day we dispatch your order.
You can choose between two methods for your orders to be delivered to you.
You can pick it up from your nearest ACS office or any of ATHLOKINISI stores listed in the Pick-Up points. Store Pick-Up points are free of charge.
We also offer delivery to your door and will take place at an agreed time of your choice. You will receive a call from the courier to confirm the time of delivery.
Please note that all deliveries that cannot be delivered to your door can be picked up from the nearest ACS Office.

- Our distribution centre does not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Monday
- Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay. Some delays may occur depending on the destination country and this is not possible to be controlled by us. In case of delay please contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking number.
- If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
- Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.
- Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties.
