How do I pay?
All Payments are made using the PayPal system where major credit and debit cards are accepted.
Will I be charged VAT?
All products sold by Athlokinisi include Cyprus Value Added Tax (VAT).
Where do you deliver?
We deliver worldwide with the express mail service.
For Cyprus we offer Door to Door service using a local courier service (ACS Courier) or from an assigned pick-up point of ACS courier if the above service is not available.
What is the delivery cost?
The delivery service for Cyprus is free for pick up. Check 'Delivery Information' for more.
For international delivery there is a flat base rate that is used for normal postage shipments, express delivery and super express delivery. 
Can I track my international order?
If you wish to track the progress of your international order simply click on the link below and quote the tracking number provided in your account.
What type of sizing do you have for footwear?
Puma: either European or UK
Adidas: UK
Nike: USA
Converse: either European or USA

Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, you can order products from our online shop or over the phone through our online shop customer service team. Our customer service advisors are happy to help you order products that you wish to purchase.
Feel free to call our online shop customer service team on +357 25 877 778 and let the advisor know what products you are interested in purchasing. 
Our online shop customer service team is available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
Can I add items, change or cancel my order once I've confirmed it?
If you want to add items, you should place another order within 2 hours of your original order, then contact us with both order numbers, and we'll be happy to refund you the additional delivery charge.

Unfortunately, once your order is complete, you can no longer change or cancel your order. However, you can easily return any unwanted items to us for a refund (please see our Cancellation and Returns policy for more information).

How do I communicate any complaint I might have regarding my purchases?
